What is the drug AVIANDR®
AVIANDR® is an original drug for
the treatment of anxiety conditions, including after coronavirus infection
(COVID-19): in patients with a leading complaint of anxiety, with a change in
mood background, short temper and irritability; in patients with a stress reaction
and impaired adaptation, mild to moderate severity.
Dosage form
Film-coated tablets.
Round biconvex tablets, film-coated in white or
almost white color. On a cross-section, the tablet core is white or almost
white in color.
Indications for use
AVIANDR®
is indicated for use in adults over 18 years of age for the treatment of:
- Generalized
anxiety disorder.
- For
anxiety states after a coronavirus infection (COVID-19): in patients with a
stress reaction and adaptation disorders, mild to moderate severity.
Efficacy and safety studies
The
results of multicenter randomized placebo-controlled trials showed a rapid
reduction in anxiety symptoms-from the first week of taking the drug, while
patients did not experience drowsiness and other side effects characteristic of
traditional therapy, which is important for patients ' compliance with the
prescribed regimen (adherence to therapy). Often, anxiety states are
accompanied by an increased heart rate, high fatigue, weakness, increased blood
pressure, sweating, abdominal pain, the drug AVIANDR® reduced the manifestation
of such symptoms.
