What is the drug SAVNOVY ®

The drug SAVNOVY® contains the active substance everolimus, which belongs to the group of drugs called immunosuppressants.

Packaging

10 tablets in a contour cell package made of a combined material based on aluminum foil.

5, 6, 10 or 25 contour cell packages together with a leaflet insert are placed in a pack of cardboard.

Indications for use

SAVNOVY® is used to prevent rejection of a transplanted kidney, heart or liver in adults aged 18 years and older. SAVNOVY® should be used together with other immunosuppressants, in particular cyclosporine in the form of microemulsion for kidney and heart transplantation or tacrolimus for liver transplantation and corticosteroids.

Efficacy and safety studies

In accordance with current legislation, the drug has proven its effectiveness, safety and quality during state registration. For registration purposes, a bioequivalence study was conducted with the original (reference) medicinal product.
